The counter and your website, one system from October 2026
Right now the till and the online store are two businesses that happen to share a name. Two stock counts, two sets of sales, and somebody reconciling them at the end of the night.From October 2026, Menue POS will be the same system as your online ordering. One menu, one stock count, one set of figures, whether the order came from a phone across town or the person in front of you.
Two ways to run it, both from October 2026
From October 2026 you will not have to register anything to start: run it internally from the day it opens, and turn on official invoicing when you are ready.Internal mode, from October 2026

Switching is not a one-way door
From October 2026, a branch will move to accredited whenever your registration is ready, even mid-day. It will be able to move back after a clean Z-Reading. Everything already issued stays exactly as it was, readable forever, and picking the series back up later carries on where it left off.From October 2026, branches will be set individually, so a registered branch and an unregistered one can run side by side under the same account.Common questions
When can I use it?
October 2026, BIR-accredited from day one. Join the waiting list and you will be among the first told when it opens, with time to get your branch set up before the rush.
Do I need to register with the BIR to use it?
No. When POS opens in October 2026, Internal mode will need no registration at all: numbered receipts marked for record only, which is enough to run the counter and keep your own books straight. Accredited mode will be the one that requires BIR registration.
Can I start internal and move to accredited later?
Yes, and back again, once POS is released in October 2026. A branch will be able to switch to accredited whenever your registration is ready, even in the middle of a day, and move back after a clean Z-Reading.
Will the counter and the website share the same stock?
That is the design. When it launches in October 2026 it will be one menu, one stock count and one set of sales figures, whether the order came from a phone across town or the person standing in front of you.
What happens to my online orders once I am accredited?
From October 2026, they will get sequential Sales Invoices too, automatically. Orders from your website will not be a separate book to square up later; they will sit in the same numbered series as the counter.
