Nothing changes: same fee, same booking, same tracking number for your customer. This is for shops and groceries selling past their own city. Coffee, snacks, sauces, condiments, pantry staples, anything dry and packaged that travels well in a box.

The box is worked out for you

Quoting a parcel by hand is a two minute job that happens forty times a week. Someone reads the order, picks a box out of their head, guesses the weight, opens the rate card, finds a number and sends it to the customer.Menue does it from the order instead. Your products carry their size and weight, so when a customer buys two kilos of beans, four bottles of sauce and a pack of biscuits, Menue works out which box that basket fits, prices the LBC Express fee for that box going to that address, and puts the fee on the checkout page before your customer confirms. The customer pays it with the order.Nobody measures a parcel. Nobody looks up a rate. Nobody has to remember that the same box costs more going to Mindanao than across town. The reason this matters is that hand quoting is where the money leaks, and it leaks quietly. Quote low and you cover the difference yourself, on an order you already counted as profit. Quote high and the customer closes the tab, and you never hear about it. Quote the wrong box and the parcel comes back for repacking, or goes out in a box that costs more than the item inside it.A worked out fee is the same fee every time, on the hundredth order of the day and on the order a new staff member takes on their second shift.

The waybill is made for you

Once the order is paid, the booking goes to LBC Express automatically and the waybill is created for you.It comes out ready to print, with the address taken straight from the order, so nothing is retyped and nothing is produced in a second system. Print it, pack the parcel, hand it over.Your customer gets a tracking number tied to their order. You see the same shipment in your own LBC Express account, because the booking was made on your account.
Selling around your own city as well? Menue books a rider for same-city orders too, on the same order screen.

Shipping questions

Do I need my own LBC Express account to ship from Menue?
Yes, in your own name, and we open it with you. The LBC Express application usually comes back the same day or the next business day. Keeping it in your name means you keep the rate you negotiated, Menue adds nothing to it, and every parcel stays visible in your own account for tracking or a claim.
How does Menue work out the box size and the shipping fee?
From the order itself. Your products carry their size and weight, so when a customer buys two kilos of coffee, four bottles of sauce and a pack of biscuits, Menue works out which box that fits, prices the LBC Express fee to that address, and shows it at checkout. Nobody measures a parcel or opens a rate card.
Who pays the shipping fee, me or my customer?
Your customer, in the same payment as the order, shown at checkout before they confirm, so there is nothing to invoice afterwards and nothing to absorb. It works the same when your staff take the order in the dashboard.
What happens to the waybill and the tracking number?
Menue books the pickup with LBC Express and creates the waybill for you, ready to print, with the address taken straight from the order. You print it, pack the parcel and hand it over. Your customer gets a tracking number tied to their order.
When will J&T Express and SPX (Shopee Xpress) be available in Menue?
J&T Express and SPX (Shopee Xpress) are in development and we are targeting October 2026, though dates on unreleased work are targets, not commitments. You can also ship with your own courier meanwhile: automatic booking is optional, and Menue can still charge your customer at checkout while you handle the parcel yourself.
